Fully furnished 2bed/bathroom home. Modern luxury is the design, great for creating content, still imagery or small gathering of friends. Primary Suite has large master shower that anyone would love. Open concept that makes it great for business meeting or creating video/imagery. Space is equipped with brand new kitchen that makes for great private chef opportunity for you and your closest friends. Options are endless here, so let your mind create.

Health and Safety Measures
Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
  • Hand Sanitizer
The space has the following features:
  • Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
  • Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
  • Space has HEPA-certified air filters
  • Space has additional space outdoors

Yes, I would book again.

Amazing space! We used it for our annual vision board party and the attendees love it! We felt like we were at home. Clean, modern and secluded. Thanks for allowing us to host in your space. We will definitely book again.

Mannnnn this place was sooo beautiful.. it was everything I needed.. I originally ordered two hours and needed more time, Charles was able to let me extend even tho the app would not allow me too.. lovely neighborhood and lawd the shower is heaven!! 10 stars
