About the Space

Combining our two biggest event spaces together: this event space creates a total capacity reaching 100 normally, and 25 while practicing social distancing. This spacious and beautiful room in our new state-of-the-art Hub comes equipped with 3 large displays with AV capabilities for video conferencing/ screen sharing, microphones, overhead sound system, erasable marker walls with supplies, and a multitude of seating arrangements. In addition, when renting the entire Event Space, you'll have access to our catering kitchen, and overflow space. We are located in what we consider a quiet area of the Hub. The Event Space area can be closed off for sound and privacy purposes. In addition, thee space has private HVAC controls to keep the room at your preferred temperature. Reminder: Please be mindful of your reservation times and always wrap up a few minutes before your reservation ends to allow time to straighten up. Please kindly wipe down all surfaces after your use for the next guest. Much appreciated!

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

The safety and wellbeing of our guests is our top priority, so we have taken additional measures to ensure the cleanliness of our space. We have updated and developed cleaning and safety policies to help limit the impact of the COVID-19 spread on our guests and employees. We refer to the recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and CDC Guidance for Cleaning and Disinfecting (CDC) to implement the following: 1. Vaccine Mandate We are requiring all guests to provide proof of vaccination upon arrival; if proof cannot be provided, access to our spaces will not be provided. 2. Cleaning We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our space to protect our guests. These include: Thoroughly cleaning our space and all shared surfaces regularly, before and after each booking, with disinfectant, as well as providing hand sanitizer and anti-bacterial wipes to our guests. 3. Air Quality Each of our spaces offered contain air purifiers; by reducing potential impurities and odors in the air, we ensure our rooms are continuously fresh and clean. 4. If You Are Sick For everyone's safety, we are asking guests who are displaying even mild flu-like symptoms, including fever, cough, and cold to stay home. Please notify us if you or one of your team members or guests are diagnosed with COVID-19 and have used our space or facilities in the past 30 days. Cancellation Policy

Standard 30 day

Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
