About the Space
Expansive contemporary family home with an open floorplan located in the heart of Yorba Linda in a gated community. The space: -Huge open floorplan which can be a blank canvas for any project - Large sliding glass doors allow lots of natural light throughout the entire day - Beautiful view - 6 bedrooms (5 en-suite) and 8 bathrooms and office - Large, private backyard with: swimming pool, hot tub, water features with nighttime lighting (adjustable colors), fire features, fire pit, mini golf course, pool house, and BBQ - Stainless steel Wolf appliances, large quartz island, and chef's kitchen. - Simple furniture and features that can easily be adapted and moved to fit your needs This home has already been used for an Apple TV+ production. - Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

Linh and family were AMAZING hosts to work with for our video shoot. We spent 12-13 hours there and it was beyond comfortable and welcoming to our mid-sized cast and crew. The host were quick to respond about any questions we had and opened their home to us twice before the shoot for scouting purposes. Highly recommend this space for your next shoot! We had a blast!

The host were quick to respond about any questions we had and opened their home to us twice before the shoot for scouting purposes. Highly recommend this space for your next shoot! We had a blast!
The home, the parking, the view, the host - everything about this booking exceeded our expectations. The home has wide doorways, tall ceilings and tons of natural light. The driveway and sidewalks leading up to the house are without stairs or obstruction - this was also incredibly helpful to my crew. Linh and her family were so easy to work, so kind, and so very accommodating. Communication was solid leading up to the booking and on the day of Linh was there to help with any additional needs. For productions, I would recommend doing some light testing ahead of time because there is a ton of (beautiful!) windows. We walked the space in the morning, ahead of production, and on the day of shooting the afternoon sun got the best of us :) Thank you again, Linh and family! We hope to be back!
