About the Space
This quiet, two-story townhouse is just five minutes from the Burbank Airport and very close to the Burbank studios. It's an interior (off-street) unit so it's very quiet, and the tree-lined street boasts a pretty mountain view. There are two nice size bedrooms upstairs - both with en suite bathrooms, plus a powder room downstairs. There are also two small, private outdoor spaces - a cute patio off the dining room and a nice size balcony off the main bedroom. There is a sweet gas fireplace in the jewel-toned living room, a large, gorgeous rustic dining room table/chairs in the dining area.

Lighting description
There are two levels and the upstairs bedrooms get much more light, especially the empty bedroom. But there are window coverings on all the windows. I also have thick black fabric that I have used successfully for a shoot to shoot day for night. The downstairs gets much less natural light and there are drapes and shades on all the windows.
Space is not soundproof
Ambient noise description
The unit is an interior (off street) unit so it is pretty buffered from the street noises. It's a small gated building and my unit only shares one wall. I rarely hear my neighbors, but when I am shooting something loud I always give them a heads up and they always tell me they never hear me.
The appliances give off normal noise. With notice, I could empty the fridge and it could be turned off for shooting purposes. The air conditioner is controlled in-unit and can of course be shut off. However, I do hear my neighbors' air conditioner so an arrangement would have to be made with them if that was an issue. I am happy to discuss with them.

There is a small flight of steps to enter the gated complex and access my unit. Trucks may be parked on the street in front of the building. There are no parking restrictions on the main blvd at the front entrance.

Electrical system description
My circuit breaker box is located in the unit in the upstairs empty bedroom. There are a normal amount of outlets throughout the apartment, all working. I don't know the power rating.

The space is professionally cleaned between clients.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
