Sound Stage 1 is a professional production space approximately 10 minutes from IAH in Houston designed for photography, commercials, interviews, music videos, branded content, automotive shoots, and other video productions. The stage features a large three-wall white cyc, a 15-foot lighting grid, dedicated studio power, quiet air conditioning, and drive-in access for vehicles, equipment, and larger set pieces. Base Rental: $125/hour The displayed hourly rate includes access to Sound Stage 1 and designated shared studio amenities. Sound Stage 1 includes: - Three-wall white cyc - 15-foot lighting grid - 300+ amps of dedicated power - Quiet four-ton air conditioning - Drive-in loading access - Hair and makeup area - Dressing area - Producer lounge - Kitchen access - Restroom - Free Wi-Fi - Free on-site parking Note: Cameras, microphones, specialty lighting, production equipment, crew, control-room access, and additional studio spaces are not included unless selected as an add-on or arranged through a custom production package. Mandatory Cleaning and Cyc Painting Fee: $200 A mandatory $200 cleaning and painting fee is applied to every reservation. The cyc is fully repainted after each booking so the stage remains clean, white, and camera-ready for the next production. Important Booking Information: All bookings require a 2-hour minimum. Your reservation time must include load-in, equipment setup, production, breakdown, file transfers when applicable, and departure. Additional time used beyond the reservation may be billed as overtime.
