You can step out of the front door onto a private road and woodlands that has a little stream running by. The kitchen is often admired with a large OS map of the area.

It's a holiday let and is clean top to bottom with using an approved EN14476 cleaner. A steamer is used on all hard floorings and the property is ventilated between guests along with having a heater recovery and ventilation system installed.
Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
