About the Space
Light-filled. Charismatic. Vast. Designed by Paul Tay, AIA in 1959, this L-shaped, single-level property sprawls across nearly 1/3 of an acre as it distinctly connects the indoor and outdoor environments. Bright interiors are connected to dynamic outdoor rooms. The interiors include 4 bedrooms, 4 bathrooms in 3,500 square feet of sharp space. The outdoor environment includes front entry, atrium, central courtyard, outdoor bathroom, grassy lawn, pool and spa, cooking station, two fire pits, sauna, climbing wall, mature landscaping and entertainment pavilions.

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

What an absolute GEM of a location! Torey was a breeze to work with and the location was even better in person. We produced a small editorial shoot here and the space was large enough for our entire crew with a fabulous built in sound system throughout the house. Would definitely shoot here again and again.

TRULY AMAZING!!! This location is a producer’s dream. As a producer/production manager that works for a company that specializes in furniture, we’re always looking for a location that checks off all the boxes; large exterior space, large interior space, offers several different looks, are for talent holding, area for HMU, area for wardrobe, crew restroom, craft services area, Wi-Fi, parking in close proximity and most importantly the flexibility of the homeowner. This location has it all! Torey (the homeowner) was super friendly and easy to work with from the moment I began communication with him. We had to scout the property on several occasions prior to our shoot and he was always available to open up his home for us. My production team shot a combination of photography and video for a total of two days and the shots we were able to capture came out gorgeous. A majority of this was due to the beauty and design of the home. You can tell that each sq. foot of the space was perfectly designed. From the colors of the walls to the materials used to the featured lighting, I wouldn't e surprised if this home landed on the cover of Architectural Digest. It’s going to hard for me to find a location that tops this one. I’m sure we’ll be back again soon to shoot another one of our productions. I rate this a 10 out of 10 plus 5 stars on all fronts.
