NOTE the Bedrooms and master bath are NOT included in the rental. Rental includes: living room, dining room, kitchen, guest bathroom, and balcony. This consciously designed space has an open layout with an outpouring of natural light offering countless possibilities, it evokes an elevated elegance embodying the epitome of luxury. Equipped with an open kitchen, a living/dining room with panoramic floor to ceiling windows and balcony. This home is perfect for content creation, photoshoots, video shoots small/medium sized gatherings, private dinners, marriage proposals, baby showers, birthday or promotion celebrations etc. Decorations of almost all kinds are welcomed (except glitters or small sparkles) Parking is limited due to the downtown location so Uber and car pool is strongly recommended however there is a parking lot across the street from the building (on Martin and Wilmington) and several paid parking decks in very close proximity (about a minute walk).

Cancellation Policy
Standard 90 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 90 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 90 days and 14 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 14 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
