Welcome to Brooklyn Optics, our 1920s Williamsburg historic industrial four-story building! Blending history with production, our building contains its original 1940 stainless steel freight elevator. We hold multiple production and film spaces all within one complex. We are your space for abandoned, haunted or vacant shoot projects. Our location has been featured in BBC, FOX News, and Cosmopolitan productions. Our Rooftop Garden is 2500 sq feet, featuring vintage planters, quiet park neighborhood views, and luscious greenery on a 100-year-old blistered concrete factory. This is your outdoor oasis for both day and night production. Throughout the space we have string lights and remote vintage industrial drop lights that have RGB/ bi lights which can be fully controlled via remote. Our upper vistas are accessible and perfect for viewing the main garden space from above. The Gardens contain their plants from April to November. During the colder months, the plants are moved inside our Vintage Library studio. Please check out the Vintage Library visiting my profile. There are no other tenants, so even our industrial freight elevator is controlled during your production. Those who treat us with respect may use this as a resource.
