About the Space
Welcome to our Swanky, Stylish and spacious 380 sq ft conference room, perfect for a wide variety of events and meetings. This private room is equipped with a large 65-inch Smart TV, complete with a 10-foot HDMI cable ready for computer connectivity, as well as Apple AirPlay and Bluetooth capabilities. Plus, enjoy ultra-fast 600 Mbps WiFi to ensure seamless connectivity. Our conference room can comfortably seat up to 15 people, making it ideal for office meetings, day trading sessions, podcast recordings, CPR training, motivational meetings, team retreats and more. The space features a conference table with 8 Wide Luxury adjustable lumbar chairs, 2 leather couches with seating for 5, and a high-top table with 4 additional stools. If needed, we can provide additional chairs to accommodate up to 20 people. Experience abundant natural light with 360-degree windows offering stunning views of the area, and recessed lighting with window shades for times when you prefer a darker ambiance. Enjoy the convenience of large upscale his-and-hers restrooms for your guests. Looking to expand your event? We offer an additional rental package that includes access to a kitchen, IRE bar with TV and additional Safari room complete with a Sonos surround sound system, (karaoke setup additional charge), and catering options from some of the best restaurants in Winter Park. This Full Swanky Bar Package provides extra space and amenities for larger events or unforgettable happy hours, birthday parties, baby showers etc. Included additional tables, linens, chairs, and more. We also offer additional services to enhance your event, such as a lighting package and karaoke package. - The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Great place, nice views, perfect for our Bible study!! The Host Freddie was very responsive & had amazing hospitality. Getting to the building was a little difficult due to traffic but other than that was good. Thank you for everything! God Bless you all in abundance, in Jesus name. ❤️
