Our studio apartment is an ideal set for a all types of photoshoots / film productions and content creation. With approximately 400sqft , the space consists of 4 main areas; the sitting area with settee, the bed area, the dining area with quaint corner seating and 2 dining chairs, and the kitchenette area. The decor is warm, inviting and cosy with a little hint of boho. There are two large windows behind the settee, providing great natural light and a small high window above the dining table. Both of the large windows have Venetian blinds which can be opened or closed. In addition, drapes can be added to create a darker mood. A small amount of alternative decor and soft furnishings is available to complement your theme. Additional items and props can also be provided upon request. There is a dressing room adjoining the apartment, which allows your clients the privacy they need to change outfits, without having to access the main house. The space is a converted garage, attached to our family home. It is private and can be accessed without having to enter the main house. Feel free to ask me any questions.
