The entire space is yours! All 2,300 sq ft of luxury. This black and gold designer themed palace is an experience like no other. The New Orleans style home is a garden district replica that will definitely amaze you with it’s style and elegance. It’s perfectly located 2.7 miles from downtown and LSU. This 3 bedroom, 2.5 bathroom has 1,310 sq ft on the first floor and 990 sq ft on the second floor. This second floor also has a New Orleans style covered porch (16x16) in the front and a wrought iron balcony is located in the rear of this palace. It’s open floor plan is perfect for large gatherings, photo shoots, video shoots, business meetings, wedding proposals, workshops, baby showers, and special events.

- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
