Zusätzlich stehen Kleingeräte wie Magic Circle, Foam Roller, Soft Balls, Therabänder ect. zur Verfügung. Das Training wird auf Ihre persönlichen Trainingsbedürfnisse und Ziele abgestimmt. Mattentraining Sie trainieren in einer festen Gruppe zu festen Zeiten. Max. 8 Teilnehmer Einstieg jederzeit möglich Verschiedene Levels Die zur Verfügung stehenden Pilates Reformer-Geräte können NICHT genutzt werden, es sei denn, sie werden als Zusatz zu der Veranstaltung hinzugebucht, dann gibt es keinen Zugang zu ihnen, es sei denn, Sie geben es an und werden dafür zugelassen :) EN: Single/ duo personal training You train on the Reformer, Cadillac, Wundachair and the mat.
