Converted commercial warehouse with 15' ceilings, an incredible skylight that runs the entire length of the space, a kitchenette stocked with dishes/silverware, etc., a changing room complete with acoustic tiles for recording needs, and a luxurious green room with a 70” screen for presentations or for entertaining guests.
The space accommodates up to 30 people, seated at two of our gorgeous live edge redwood tables with additional designer chairs, a sofa, and plenty of fold-out tables available for use.

A private entrance via our front door or oversized roll-up garage leads to the 25'x45' main room, complete with:

The Skylight can be blacked out for a small fee
- 2x 70" 4K-technology TVs with fully articulating wall mount (3' and 6' HDMI cable provided)
- Mobile whiteboard for presentations
- Mobile TV Stand with 4k TV for presentations
- Large Heater that can heat the entire space in as little as 15 minutes
- Kitchenette includes flatware, glassware, and serving dishes

LOCATION
Centrally located in the Design District of San Francisco.
Easy Access to 80, 280, and 101 Freeways. 3 Blocks from Caltrans and 5 blocks from BART.
PARKING
Supplied - you can fit two reasonably sized vehicles in front of our roll-up loading door.
Lots - There is a parking garage at the beginning of Jeff Adachi Way- Which closes at 5pm.
A public parking lot is located on Boardman the next street over.
Street Parking
- 2 HR parking on Jeff Adachi, as well as around the neighborhood with metered parking along Brannan and 7th streets.
