This inviting, magical outdoor oasis in Atwater Village offers a 2,000 sq ft private brick patio backyard, perfect for small productions and photoshoots. The rustic, lush space features a canopy of two large citrus trees (orange and grapefruit), brick patio, plant life and succulents, as well as Adirondack chairs and a fire pit, hammock, dining table and chairs, a couch, and an assortment of textiles (pillows, blankets, rugs). In the evening, the solar string lights and spotlights turn on automatically. Tucked into a quiet residential neighborhood, the location is easily accessible from DTLA, Glendale, Burbank, Hollywood, and more. The backyard is accessible from a short, steep driveway.
