About the Space
The space boasts high ceilings, 1100 sq feet of private space and both a bathroom and shower room. One wall features 7 ft tall mirrors that run the length of the space. The back wall features customizable lighting that has a range of color options. There is a skylight and windows on 2 out of 4 walls. Access is automated, to ensure you are the only person, party or group in the space. There is a $100 cleaning fee for those hosting a party/ event. This doesn't apply to those renting to host a class.

Nicole G. was very responsive and I got all the info I needed for my New Style Hustle dance class / event! The space was lovely - the vibey lights, the sound system, and the floor were all great for what we needed. Street parking was a little hard to find on a Saturday evening, but the meters were free by then. The only wish would be drinking water, since it’s a dance studio, but I knew and brought extra water for folks so it was okay! Overall, the experience was fantastic and we would definitely rent again!

The host made the booking SUPER smooth. The space is AMAZING. I hosted a pilates class with 18 people and the size of the space was just right! The location is amazing. Even though the space only has 2 parking spots, there was lots of free street parking. None of my guests reported having a hard time! Would definitely book again!
