Pool rental: - Chlorine, Heated (additional fee can be charged) - Lounge chairs, Restroom (pool house), Changing rooms, Night lighting, Great sunlight, Hot tub, Shower, Wifi - Pool Size = 23x15ft. 5.5ft deep at the deep-end Outdoor space ONLY. Our newly redone Spanish style home has a wonderful South-facing deck / backyard / pool. The light is truly gorgeous throughout the day but especially when it hits late afternoon and bounces off the stucco walls. A beautiful original blue garage door is a wonderful backdrop for any photoshoot. There is also a succulent garden and covered porch in the front with tall hedges that create a nice backdrop for portraits or any other photoshoots. If you would like to use the pool, please let us know. There is a 80$/day flat fee to heat the pool during the colder months. Otherwise the pool is a wonderful temperature.
