About the Space
Our Lifestyle Studio is 400 sq ft natural light fully furnished with bespoke furniture perfect for Campaigns, Content Creating, Podcasting and lots more.
The Space offers affordable daylight professional photography & video studios in Silvertown, East London and Elephant and Castle. South East London. Studio A is 400 sq ft with south facing natural daylight space, Studio B is 690 sq ft with a 5.5m x 5m L shaped infinity cove and separate changing room and Studio C is 800 sq ft Studio with dry hire skylight sourced natural daylight space located in Elephant and Castle. We also have access to a large number of warehouse/ industrial spaces available for creative hire.Our studios are open to photographers, filmmakers and all-round creative’s interested in shooting small, to large scale productions & photoshoots. For creatives looking for frequent monthly studio hire please enquire about our residential scheme which can save you up to 30% off of our regular pricing.

Health and Safety Measures
PETS/ANIMALS CHARGES
There is a £60 cleaning fee if you would like to bring pets/animals in to the studio premises.
The cleaning fee is for specialised cleaning for customers & staff who suffer from allergic reactions to pet/animal fur/feathers that will be left behind.
We expect owners of there pets to leave the studios in the same condition that they were in when they arrived & a further cleaning fee of £40 will be applied if faeces & other excrements are left behind for Silverspace staff to clean up upon inspection.
Cancellation Policy
Very Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 24 hours before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Bookings cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
