About the Space
This is a great new outdoor space, perfect for birthday parties and family gatherings. It is located in one of the oldest iconic church buildings in the city. Playground has a hip roof shade structure for sun protection and it's gated all around. There are picnic tables with umbrellas, a sandbox and a play house for kids to enjoy.

Parking description
There is a small parking lot on site and plenty of parking along for the North/South and East/West adjacent streets.
General Rules
• A 20% Non-refundable due when reservation is confirmed; remainder due 3 days prior to event.
• Rental for 4 hour minimum include "host" at beginning and end of event.
• Additional $50 cleaning fee will apply if the site is NOT found to be in order and clean.
• An event host will be on-site to open, close, and for the entirety of the event. The fee for the host is embedded in the room rental rate.
• Outside catering is allowed. If additional space is needed to accommodate catering, rental fees will apply to those spaces.
• ALCOHOL & SMOKING PROHIBITED.
• There is a fully functional kitchen with commercial-grade appliances available for use.
• Any fliers, posters, pictures, banners, signs, may not be hung, taped, or attached to building walls. Signs will be permitted at outdoor fences only.

Health and Safety Measures
• We clean/disinfect high touch surfaces (tables, bathrooms and entrance doors).
• Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Hand Sanitizer
