Stairs

Equipment can be loaded into the space via the stairs located at the entrance of the building. The stairs have a standard width and height and are suitable for carrying equipment of various sizes and weights. Once inside the studio, the equipment can be easily maneuvered to different areas of the space for setup and production.

Video surveillance is in place for all exterior entrances and hallways 24/7. No smoking, open flames, fog machines, hazers, or spray paint are allowed in the building. Food is not permitted on the premises. Children under 18 must be accompanied by an adult at all times. Hanging, swinging, or suspending from ceiling beams is prohibited. Ensure all doors are locked properly. Turn off all studio and hallway lights when not in use. Ensure all sinks and toilets are not left running. All studio members and guests must treat others with professional dignity and respect. Music volume should not disturb others; lower volume if asked to do so. Hanging outside from any windows is not allowed; immediate expulsion if caught. Do not misuse furniture in common areas; treat it gently and leave it as you find it. Only members and paying guests may bring cameras into the building. For hourly photographers/videographers: Allocated hourly times include setup and teardown. For example, a 7pm to 9pm booking means you must finish shooting, tear down, and exit the warehouse by 9pm. If you are late and no one is available to let you out beyond your scheduled time, you must leave by your scheduled hour. Inform ahead of time if your guest will bring additional people such as an escort, MUA, or friend, as it may affect your hourly rate.

If there is a need to move furniture or decorations, it is important to do so carefully and with permission from the appropriate authority. Any moved items should be returned to their original position once the event or production has ended.
