About the Space
Situated on a lovely tree lined street, this home's classic features can easily be an East Coast home. The lush garden and backyard features mature trees, a sparkling pool, gazebo, water fountain, and an expansive lawn. There are 3 separate brick patios. Main patio is situated under mature trees and accented with a lovely outdoor fireplace. The private setting is great for portrait photography as well as product photography and video. The interior of the home features hardwood floors throughout, french windows that allow natural light that brightens every room. There is a fireplace in the living room as well as the family room. Both the kitchen and formal dining room have beautiful views of the garden and backyard.

These are the kindest home owners I’ve ever worked with, they continued do be helpful to the production the whole day and were so accommodating. The place itself is great, lots of room inside and even more space in the backyard. I would love to shoot here again! And the city is super easy to work with.

A lovely home with ample space and lush greenery. Impeccably clean, with plenty of outlets for equipment. The host and family were sweet and accommodating. The tranquil fountain in the backyard added to the perfect experience. Would definitely book again.
