Nestled in the vibrant Meiners Oaks neighborhood of the Ojai Valley, "Ojai Airstream Oasis" is a beautiful, private and LARGE outdoor/indoor space with an abundance of unique areas to capture the perfect shot. Once you enter thru this gated property, there is a plethora of different options for your photo shoot. The outdoor gardens have a variety of eclectic spaces to accommodate many different looks and vibes. The front of the property has a "tropical theme" and teleports you to the Beaches of Bali or the Jungles of Tulum. It is intricately landscaped with 10 different species of bamboo, a variety of palms, towering birds of paradise and an assortment of tropical plants creating a serene and dreamy environment. There is a large, 2 person hammock in this area. As you move further back thru the property, the landscape changes to cactus gardens, native CA plants and a large variety of succulents. A brick path leads to an ample patio with a picturesque outdoor table and a daybed laced in macrame. This zone is accentuated with a variety of potted accent plants and unique art. Connected to this area is a long red wood pergola and walkway overgrown with grape vines, star jasmine and mandevilla. Magical tea lights and hanging moroccan lanterns encircle the terrace. The entire yard is weaved together with accent stone walls made with distinct river rocks from the Ojai area. The vintage 1969 29 ft Airstream "Ambassador" is tucked under a massive 100 year old oak tree and a wall of towering black bamboo. It is surrounded by a flagstone patio, hanging rattan light fixtures, rattan furniture, macrame tree swing and many nooks with different light depending on the time of day. Inside the renovated airstream, guests will discover a vibrant mix of boho chic and minimal design. Clean, painted white walls and custom build outs merge with unique rugs, tapestries/art from all around the globe and hardwood floors. A perfect space to get unique lifestyle shots or to be used as a dressing room. It also has its own private bathroom. At the back of the property guests will find an entirely different vibe with more cactus/succulent gardens, a very large patio area draped in hanging lights, custom fountain, outdoor shower and flagstone dining area underneath a vine covered terrace . Inspired by whimsical mediterranean summers, this area is surrounded by bougainvillea, olive trees and moroccan tile encircling the fountain. Another brick walkway leads to a very large outdoor bathroom big enough to also be used as a dressing room. In the main house, you enter thru a bright, airy and screened in sunroom. This room gets wonderful filtered light and has a large dining table. There is also a rattan daybed w/ woven pillows. The room is accented with eclectic decorations and colorful kilim rugs. Guests enter the living room/kitchen area thru large sliding glass doors. This newly renovated house has an open floor plan which can be used either for your shoot, break room or as a staging area. Stylish furniture, art and pillows/tapestries give the house a boho feel. Tall ceilings, hardwood oak floors and large windows define the area. There is an AC unit to keep cool during the mid day heat and guests have access to the entire fridge. The location is a perfect mix of accessibility and seclusion. It is walking distance to the heart of Meiners Oaks. An abundance of healthy dining options are nearby, perfect for catering your photo shoot.
