About the Space
Located in Waylon Jennings former basement studio in the heart of Music Row, this space is a cozy turnkey Podcast/Recording studio. The base rate of $49/hr is for audio only. Video is an available add on for $50 The space consists of a tracking room and control room with double pane glass in between. The space is sound treated and has 2 Shure SM7B's, Broadcast boom arms, a Rodecaster Pro, Tv, and iMac loaded with audio software.

- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Ryan was great and very helpful. Space was great and audio quality was good. Camera feed came out a bit blown out and choppy but other than that was a good experience.
