About the Space

Unique Vintage Beach House thoughtfully restored and decorated with classic nautical style. Many classic features retained to show its 1905 history with all the modern amenities needed to enjoy being at the Beach. Large home with formal living room, dining room, Butler's Pantry and Sunroom. Kitchen updated with beautiful stainless appliances. The home boasts 5 large bedrooms, 4.5 baths- two of which retain their original tubs and tile from 1905, blended with modern vanities and fixtures. Two fully remodeled designer baths complete the family space. A gorgeous outdoor shower with surfboard detail is the best way to wash away salt water and sand. Rear yard and spacious deck provide a great place to relax with a glass of wine in the private space. Conveniently located within 100 yards of Ocean City's famous Boardwalk and Beaches. The Ferris Wheel at Wonderland Amusements can be viewed from the rear deck; its colorful lights brighten the evening sky. Downtown Asbury Avenue with shops and restaurants only a 10 minute walk away.
