This martial arts school is located in Albany Park at the corner of Kedzie and Montrose; Conveniently located near the Kedzie Brown Line. With the open layout, and the east-ward facing windows, the space exudes creativity and provides a unique twist to your event. Space Details/Amenities: - Open 2,000 sq. ft. We have 8 folding chairs as well as 7 benches (which can comfortably fit 14-21 people).

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.

The event space was perfect for our themed event. The coordination from Megan and Cyrus was incredible and very efficient! The space is bright cozy and just perfect for any small or medium sized event. I would recommend this space to anyone seeking to host an intimate/small setting! Again! I loved the house I love the land the greenery it’s a bit of a climb getting back n fourth up that mountain but it was worth it they wwjd responsive helpful literally don’t have a bad thing to say about this place but thank u my 30 birthday was great here
