About the Space
Historic home with stylish interior that blends Victorian, gothic, and a touch of steampunk. Perfect for photo and video shoots where you want something unique and impactful. Striking architectural details include neoclassical columns and fireplace, a gorgeous staircase, and a cozy brick-and-limestone basement with 10 foot ceilings, speakeasy-style bar area, and heated floors. Whether you’re looking for classic elegance, glam, or fun-and-funky, this home offers a truly special setting. If you would like to scout out the space ahead of time, we can usually make that work!

- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

We had the most amazing shoot and experience with this space and the host Renee . Renee is a wonderful host , great at communication and very helpful in every way . The space is full of unique details and super fun props that lent them selves so well for the video we were shooting . The space has amazing lighting on the main floor and really unique architectural details . The basement speakeasy is so well decorated and definitely a great location for something a little spooky of sorts . The steam punk vibe through out the house lends itself to creative sets and shoots , I highly recommend checking this space out , it’s truly one of a kind and Renée makes your experience extra enjoyable with all her help and assistance . Truly had one of the best times here and would recommend it 100 percent !!!

Beautiful space and incredibly helpful hosts. Perfect for our concepts, and the super adorable and friendly cat endeared me to the whole place even more. Strongly recommend working here. Can't wait to start editing

Doing a photo shoot at Renee’s and Corey’s marvelous home was one of the best experiences I have had as a photographer. They are gracious hosts, great with communication, and enthusiastic about making their home available to photographers. And what a home! The steampunk theme and speakeasy make for wonderful settings. I strongly urge photographers and videographers to book this venue.
