This brand new farmhouse style townhome was custom built! It is very spacious and has lots of room for families. Comes with 2 bedrooms, 2.5 bathrooms (master suite, guest suite), a dedicated office space, WIFI, multiple TV's for entertainment. This neighborhood is very safe and quiet! Located only 15 mins to downtown Tampa, 8 mins from Brandon mall , Dave and buster, Top golf & MORE! Come enjoy my beautiful home and have and photo shoot in Tampa, Florida.

Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
  • High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
  • Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Erika was phenomenal, sweet and understanding! I booked for a few hours for a birthday party for 10 people and the area was amazing. The surround sounds speaker was amazing quality. The area smelled nice and was very comfortable. 10 out of 10 would book again 😊
