NO GLITTER OR CONFETTI OF ANY TYPE ALLOWED CAN I MODIFY OR CANCEL A BOOKING? It happens, so we you are able to move your booking. All refunds will take a flat fee of $25 administration fee and needs to be canceled 48 hours prior to the booking time. If it is within the 48 hour window we will not be able to refund the booking and would suggest to move the date. Cleaning and Trash TL;DR - Please clean up after yourself. If you bring it with you; take it with you. Please leave premises and all contents in the same condition as they were when you arrived. Studio management will dispose of trash collected in the supplied trash cans; however Renter must remove any larger items, props, wardrobe, and equipment brought in by them or collaborators from the studio premises. Disposal of large amounts of garbage due to large sets may also accrue additional cost. $100 cleaning fee may apply if the studio is not left in the condition it was in prior to the rental period. Please return any furniture to its original location and turn off all overhead lights. Studio Guidelines These you should read. No smoking whatsoever is allowed in the studio. Projects involved with smoke must have prior studio representatives consent. Music is to be kept at reasonable levels. No one will be admitted who is under the influence of alcohol or illegal substances No pets allowed without prior consent of the studio manager. All small and/or hard to clean material (confetti, hair cutting, feathers, food products, body paint, etc.) require approval from the studio manager. Glitter is not allowed inside the studio. Cleaning fee may apply if a mess is left behind. Studio parking can accommodate up to 10 vehicles and must be parked in gravel at southeast of complex. If specialty vehicles are need for quick access such as grip trucks please let us know and we can secure parking in front of bay door. Studio shoots involving more than 14 people at a time will have an additional $35 per head fee. Details of large shoots/productions are to be discussed ahead of time. Equipment Enjoy the included equipment, but take care, and inquire if you are unsure of how to use anything. 30a studio rental agrees to provide equipment in good working order but makes no special guarantees as to suitability to the renter’s purposes. Renter shall notify the studio or manager of any malfunction, damage, or other issues with the equipment. Insurance policies will need to be exchanged and will be filed If you break it; you buy it. Renter shall be solely responsible for any damage to studio property or equipment that occurs during the time renter or his party occupies the premises. A $150 damage/cleaning fee will be assessed for any and all spills, excessive wear, marks or stains on furniture or makeup stations, broken items or furniture. Renter agrees to pay any additional repair or replacement costs to bring damaged equipment back to working condition. Length of Use -Your access to the studio starts and ends at your booking period, which includes set-up, tear down, and cleaning. Book appropriately. Rental periods are chosen at the time of booking. Your time begins promptly at the listed start time chosen at booking and ends promptly at end of the time chosen when booking. Rental time includes setup and tear down so please consider that while booking. Studio must be cleaned and vacated by the end of the rental period. No prior drop-off and/or pick-up after completion of shoot, of equipment, props, etc unless approved in advance by the studio. Any renter that goes 15 minutes past the original end time of their booking will be charged an additional prorated amount of the original booking cost for every 15 minutes over. All bookings are paid up front in full If the booking goes over time you will be billed for the next hour. Invoices can be sent for easy expense reports and additional billable items not billable from this site WHAT EQUIPMENT IS PROVIDED? Currently we do offer c stands and a pro foto lighting package with commander units for Canon, Sony, Fuji, and Nikon. By using the equipment you take full responsibility for any damage repair and replacement cost to the equipment. We will not offer any tech support or troubleshooting. If you are not experienced with studio light shaping tools please do not rent them.
