About the Space

Photo shoots and film and catered private gatherings. When the space isn’t being used to serve and host private catered gatherings. Large industrial warehouse that’s been converted to a Chinese antique tea and yum cha house. Electric feel. Huge space including private room with a hand painted mural on the back wall. Roof of main area is littered with lantern. Furnished with Chinese antiques including two large bed seats. Alleyway access down a cobblestone drive. Full side of building graffiti art waits of Chinese dragon.

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
