BELOW BEFORE CONTACTING US... The outdoor pool and patio areas are ideal for all photo shoots, film/ video shoots, and more. This unique space consists of a three tiered terraced backyard of a private home in a residential area of Silver Lake. The terraces include a newly built heated pool/ hot tub surrounded by lush tropical landscaping, white walls, off-white treated floors, and complete with lounging/ dining areas. PLEASE NOTE WE'VE STARTED INTERIOR RENOVATIONS AND ACCESS TO THE HOUSE INTERIORS WILL NOT BE AVAILABLE. WE'VE INCORPORATED A 15% DISCOUNT FOR ANY INCONVENIENCE ON THE LOCATION FEE ONLY (USED TO BE $160/HOUR). ANCILLARY FEES SUCH AS SITE REP FEES, CLEANING FEES, AND POOL HEATING FEES WILL NOT BE DISCOUNTED. Clients will have access to the exterior patios, a cool fanned room for hair/make up/styling with wardrobe rack, bathrobes, and towels, and a VIP portable restroom. Photographs will be sent prior to your booking confirmation for your review. Located in the heart of Silver Lake, the location is easily accessible from the 5, the 101, and the 2 freeways and offers ample street parking. Conveniently located close to other potential shooting venues such as Griffith Park, local trendy bars, and restaurants, etc. makes Poolside In Silver Lake an ideal shooting location. HOURLY RATE: Hourly rate is based on a total number of people. CALCULATE YOUR HOURLY RATE: The hourly rate is $136/ hour for the first 8 people, with a minimum of 3 hours. Each additional person is to be charged at an additional $20/ hour (not including catering or craft service delivery and pick ups). For example: Hourly Rate is $136/ hour for 8 total people Hourly Rate is $156/ hour for 9 total people Hourly Rate is $176/ hour for 10 total people ... etc. etc. Any additional hour within 10 hours from the bookings start time will be charged at your hourly rate. Overtime will be charged after 10 hours of the bookings start time. OVERTIME: Overtime is charged at 1.5 x your hourly rate past 10 hours in increments of 30 minutes. CANCELLATION POLICY: Please review ours/Peerspace's cancellation policy below before booking. REQUIRED SITE REP FEE: For smaller shoots, and/or if available, the Owner will act as the Site Rep. A Site Rep fee will be charged for all shoot at a rate of; $160 for any shoot under 6 hours, and $260 for shoots 6 hours and up (not to exceed 10 hours). Please note that Peerspace requires hosts to pay a 15% commission on all ancillary fees. We do not profit from any ancillary fees, including Site Rep fees, cleaning fees, etc. We simply charge the day rate/ hourly rate (or expense), factor in payroll taxes, and Peerspace's commission of 15% on top of said rate/ expense. REQUIRED INSURANCE: The Guest/ Client will need to submit a General Liability Insurance Certificate showing owners name and the property address as additionally insured/ certificate holders. Also, please be sure to include proof of Workers Comp. insurance if applicable. If you don't have insurance please let us know, and we'll work on securing one for you at a very reasonable rate in all but 5 minutes. OPTIONAL POOL HEATING FEE: A pool heating fee of $60-$100 is optional (rate varies per season). MINIMUM FEE (2 HOURS): $272 plus a $160 cleaning fee, and a $160 site rep fee, and any other additional applicable fees. All other requirements, rules, applicable fees, additional attendee charges, etc. still apply. AREAS OF USE: You will be able to shoot anywhere on the outdoor patio areas of the property, excluding the front of the house. Hair/ Make Up and Styling can be done inside your designated room. SITE VISITS/ RECENT PICTURES: As we are constantly looking to improve the location, pictures shown may not reflect the most up to date improvements and changes. Site visits (virtual or in person) are strongly encouraged and/ or more recent pictures can be sent to you upon request. STYLIST/ SET DESIGNERS: For added convenience, if possible, and/ or if the space is not booked, Stylists/ Set Designers may drop off items the day prior to the scheduled shoot day. However, please note that we are not to be held liable/responsible for any damages/ theft/ other of any items left overnight. Inquire with owner/ Site Rep. ahead of time as to possibility and appropriate delivery window. PREP DAYS: Prep days may be charged at half your shoots day rate, and is dependent on availability, scope of work, time needed, owner/site rep. availability, and determined on a case by case basis. We work on a per project/per budget basis and welcome any and all inquiries. Our goal is to make sure that we can accommodate all of your needs in the utmost professional manner.
