Parking is street parking and utilizes the Park Mobile app. For easy load-in, park right in front of the entrance. Once complete please move your car. There are also parking garages near the space.

The natural light enters the space through two large windows. The brightest parts of the day are between 5pm - 7pm.

Elevator

**MUST READ THIS PRIOR TO BOOKING** For the safety and security of all guests on the property: - No smoking - No glitter, confetti or materials that require extensive cleaning. Additional cost will be assessed based on the degree of the damage. - No taking props or equipment outside of the loft - No pets - Please be considerate of the neighbors when playing music. Do not turn the volume up to excessive levels. - Food is allowed, please clean up and/or take afterward. -No modification to the walls or floor of the space are allowed. This includes but is limited to holes of any size, paint, glue, staples or tapes that strip paint etc. Cost will be assessed at the rate of repair vendor quotes, daily income lost during the repair time and cleaning fee. Wall repair may also require the entire wall to be repainted and not just one area. - All production must take place inside of the unit. Exterior hallways, elevator, stairs and the exterior of the building are all shared or public spaces and not subject to this agreement. -Booking times include load-in and load-out. Please reserve enough time for both. After the 15 minute grace period (after booking), every additional 15 minutes will be charged at 2x's the hourly rate. Example: 1 hour is $XX. Extra time taken: 15 minutes. The extra charge will be: Hourly rate x 2 divided by 4 for the quarter hour = Additional $25 charged to the Peerspace booking. Please refer to Peerspace's Terms and Conditions for all other rules. All ages are allowed in the space Production insurance is not required Do not drag furniture No smoke machines allowed No production involving liquids Nudity is allowed

Please do not remove furniture from the building. Please also pick furniture up when moving.
