Main level of home includes Guest Bedroom, 2 Bathrooms, Living Room (with stone fireplace), Dining & Kitchen and two side patios. Kitchen features unique cantina style window that opens to one an outside counter for bar style seating. Travertine flooring throughout main level with a carpeted bedroom. Downstairs living room has Frame TV that can be loaded with any artwork provided ahead of time. Second Level of home has a 2nd living room area with large vaulted wood beam ceilings, second fireplace with floor to ceiling stonework. Has cozy mountain feel at the beach! Second bedroom with attached bathroom and office space. All floor is carpeted. Primary bedroom/bathroom access on this floor is restricted unless discused and approved for usage. Photos can be provided of this area. Rooftop Balcony also available. Currently not furnished. No Garage access unless discussed with host for Loading/Unloading.

Home is cleaned between bookings. If the last home clean was over 2 weeks before your booking date I will have the house cleaned prior to your shoot.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
