About the Space

Ten acre farmstead with historic Victorian home and restored 1896 barn. Main event floor space in the barn is 2,600 square feet. Barn consists of main floor, second floor walkway, and stable below. Working farm with cattle, chickens, and crop field. Perfect for events of all kinds! Enhanced cleaning measures:
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
  • Hand Sanitizer

Gary & Anne were an absolute dream to work with! They made this process very easy and were more than welcome to myself, my now husband and all of our loved ones. The property is breathtaking and I 10/10 recommend. High quality venue but also high quality host! Thank you guys so much for everything and for making our dream wedding possible.

Every single detail made our experience absolutely amazing. From their help setting up, their willingness to let us come view the place first and gave us a very detailed walkthrough. They were very communicative, helpful, they checked in during the party to make sure we were taken care of. The space is actually 10 times better than the pictures, absolutely stunning.

Gary and Ann were terrific hosts! They were very responsive to our needs, and when we arrived, everything was perfect. There were thunderstorms and severe rain expected, and so they went the extra mile and provided us with umbrellas. They recommended area caterers, and were very helpful and made sure everything went smoothly. I would not hesitate to use them again and highly recommend them. They should feel free to use me as a reference.
