About Hawkins Farm
Ten acre farmstead with historic Victorian home and restored 1896 barn. Working farm with cattle and chickens. The barn features a main floor (2,600 square feet), second floor walkway and a horse stable below. The production rate shown is for use of the barn and the grounds only, including the exterior of the residence. We have a separate listing on Peerspace for production inside the residence. The three-story home was built in 1907 and features a turret and wrap-around porch. The entire property occupies 10 acres and includes five outbuildings.
