Additionally, this home is not wheelchair accessible. ***Security Deposit and Insurance: For all bookings accommodating 16-29 guests, a security deposit of $500 will be required. For 30-40 guests, a security deposit of $1,000 will be required, along with proof of insurance. The security deposit is refundable, pending an inspection following your reservation. Insurance is essential to safeguard both parties against potential damages or unforeseen incidents during your booking. Please ensure that these requirements are met to facilitate a smooth and successful booking.***

Cancellation Policy

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price.
