SkyLux is over 4,000 Sq. Ft. There are 4 bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms. A modern open concept home with over 4,000 sqft, it’s the meaning of luxury. Complete with modern furnishings and two 4th floor balconies overlooking downtown! Airy open floor plan with plenty of natural light and lots of space, with high ceilings, and a well-equipped kitchen allows for uninterrupted hosting. The bedrooms and primary bath are stunning with a huge soaking tub with views of downtown. The outdoor areas include the backyard that’s beautifully green and spacious, a large north facing balcony with an outdoor kitchen, modern tropical furniture, and a cozy firepit, and a large south facing balcony with unobstructed view of Downtown’s skyline! Both the day and nighttime views are fantastic. Large 2 car garage and street parking. Across the street you’ll find a huge paid parking lot for additional parking. An amazing and unforgettable experience guaranteed! Rental includes: living room, dining room, kitchen, primary bedroom, guest bedroom, office, and all outdoor areas. ***The consumption of alcohol and the use of any form of smoking products are strictly prohibited on the premises*** Note: This home is not wheelchair accessible.

- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Space has additional space outdoors
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
