Welcome to our Photography Studio! The loft is great for Photo Shoots, Video Production, Branding, Fitness and Training Videos. 1200 square foot space located in a historical industrial commercial building. Exposed natural brick with 15ft ceilings. Lots of natural lighting with three extra large windows. Natural light can be blocked out with blinds and curtains. Our loft studio is great for: Photo Shoots Photography Mini Sessions Pop-ups Workshops Meetings Fitness Product Branding Office Space Product and Individual Branding Hair and Makeup Services Gathering for events What's Included: Seamless paper backdrops, white wall and brick wall as a an additional backdrop, backlighting area, backdrop stands, 8ft white and black foam boards, reflector, c-stand. Includes a private office with couch and desk. Enjoy a designated makeup and hair area, changing area, sitting area, wardrobe rack, beverage fridge, beverage cart, coffee machine, WiFi, TV and bathroom. Studio lighting available.

The studio is cleaned by a professional cleaner, this includes sweeping vacuum, wiping all surfaces and disinfecting all necessary surfaces.
Cancellation Policy
Flexible
Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
