About the Space
Welcome to the Oak Barn! The barn was built in the 1600s and converted to a modern home in 2011. Generous accommodation is spread out over two floors, and the original features of the barn have been retained (lovely Cotswold stone and oak beams). The upstairs living space is especially stunning with vaulted ceilings. We have a small enclosed garden behind the house. The barn would be well suited as a film location, or for an office retreat. The Oak Barn is located in a charming rural village called Sulgrave. Just a two minute walk away we have a village shop and post office.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
