About the Space
1200 square feet in historic building completely renovated, wood floors, white walls, tall ceilings, skylight, courtyard. The space services as a science- and art- related hands-on museum for children during daytime hours. so can provide a fun and unique setting for evening events; exhibits can be pushed to the periphery but will not be removed. Works well for meetings, happy hours and some performance events; food may be catered in, we can provide bar service. Restrooms, trash/recycling and lockers down the hall from this suite. Secured entry.

- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

Mary was an excellent host, had everything we needed and was extremely helpful with any questions and even cleanup. Would definitely recommend! Only reason not 5 stars was the room was a little cluttered so it was difficult to maneuver, but the space had everything we needed.

Molly was very responsive and easy to communicate with! She worked with me to learn about how my group planned to utilize the space- she even set up the tables and chairs in the pattern we decided on. The space has multiple restrooms available and there is a good amount of natural light there, too. She’s an artist and there is a lot of art and really cool crafts through the space. A very Boho vibe. I’d utilize her space again!

Molly was an excellent host and made booking the location so easy. The space is gorgeous and the skylight is such a unique feature. The air conditioning was also nice and chilly on a hot summer day. Highly recommend!
