About the Space

La Fabrica is a NY loft style creative photo/video studio, located in The Cotton Mills, Footscray- 7km away from Melbourne CBD. It is designed to help you bring your ideas to life. Perfect for shooting your brand’s latest range, showcasing a new fashion line or holding a workshop or event, La Fabrica is completely adaptable. Featuring high ceilings, white, textured brick walls and beautiful natural light with north-facing windows ideal for daytime photo shoots. Our 200 sqm studio space boasts an open-plan layout, allowing for a range of different set-ups. A separated side room close to the entry provides a private space perfect for wardrobe changes or hair and make-up. You’ll also have full access to a small kitchen space, including a sink and fridge, as well as a private bathroom with a shower, sink and toilet. Lighting, reflector and backdrop equipment is included. We have a selection of coloured paper rolls. Please feel free to enquire about our inventory. Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more

All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
