Created for the artist and lovers of art, Affirm Living's Temple University home was designed with love, patience, and a dab of Black Girl Magic. This home is ready for you to create new memories with your loved ones and/or co-workers/peers. All family members, even those with fur are welcomed! Each of our four bedrooms are themed; with a dayroom on the first floor, master jazz bedroom, bohemian bedroom, and Wakanda bedroom on the second floor. Each floor also includes a full bathroom. The yard features a garden that is simply mesmerizing. Come on by and see what the type is all about! Want to spend the night after a long day of creating? Of course! Message us and we'll allow you and your guests to stay the night. All 4-bedrooms will be made available for an additional cleaning fee of $75.

Cancellation Policy
Standard 30 day
Guests may cancel their Booking until 30 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 30 days and 7 days before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Cancellations submitted less than 7 days before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
