We host an NYC Style Loft in Toronto, perfect for your photo shoot, video shoot, meetings, private event, yoga or meditation session, or even workshops and seminars! Wanna know if we can host you? Just DM us! ★ WHEN INQUIRING, you'll receive faster service if you: 1. Request to book with your desired times for an accurate quote. 2. What is your intended use of our loft? 3. How many people do you plan to have in our loft at any given time? 4. Average age and demographic? (i.e. university students / young professionals / commercial film crew) Note: This is NOT the place to throw wild frat parties. Private functions are ok, but wild parties are not, and if partying without permission you will immediately be evicted without refund upon discovery. ★ WE HAVE TWO ROOMS INCLUDED: - The Main Brick Loft Room - The White and Green Room ★ RATE SPECIAL - We book a maximum of 12 hours for $750 (excluding tax and website processing fee). We also offer $650 for 10 hours. Please request these special rates and we will create a custom offer. ★ CREATIVE USE: - Photography - Photography workshops and tutorials - Actor self-tapes / audition tapes - Yoga sessions, and workshops - YouTube videos & makeup tutorials - Personal video project with less than 5 total people on set. Not sure if your project falls in this category? Just request to book and send us your information for an instant quote! ★ HOURS We're officially open from 8 am - 10 pm. Have an event and want to book us before open or past close? Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels

- Capacity is limited based on governmental guidelines
- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation

Sheena is a welcoming and accommodating host, hosted an event with about 25 people which went nothing short of perfect -- ample amount of space not to mention the perfect back stairs for some fresh air. Beautiful space, clean & well kept both physically and energetically. Would definitely book here again! Thanks Sheena :)
