Location 3924 W 69th Terr. Prairie Village, KS 66208 Right next door to Dolce Bakery! Payment Monday through Thursday, from 8am to 5pm, the rental fee is $75/hour. Monday through Thursday from 5pm on, the rental fee is $150/hour. Friday through Sunday the rental fee is $225/hour. There is a 2 hour minimum rental requirement. Payment is due in full at the time of booking. You may pay with credit card, cash, or check, however we do require a valid credit card number be kept on file. *If you are within four to two weeks of your event, we will refund 50% of your rental fee. *If you are within two weeks of your event, we are happy to reschedule your booking but cannot offer a refund. Amenities Included (8) white 6-ft tables, 50 black chairs, two special “guest of honor” chairs (one for an adult, one for a child), (3) black 4-ft rolling carts, 24 wooden stools, coat rack, refrigerator, microwave, hand sink, prep space for a caterer, pass-through window, two private bathrooms, bluetooth speakers, an 85" Samsung Frame TV, and customizable lighting on dimmers. We also have a collection of clear vases that you are welcome to use as well as a balloon pump. Set-Up You are allowed to begin setting up for your event 1 hour prior to your rental period. No nails or staples are allowed on walls, only command hooks and/or painter's tape. Outside vendors are allowed and can begin setting up an hour prior to your rental period as well. You are responsible for being there to let all vendors in. The Space is BYOE “bring your own everything.” We do not provide anything outside of what was outlined in “Amenities Included.” If you would like to order pastries from Dolce Bakery, we are happy to assist you! The bakery requires a MINIMUM of three days notice for any orders, but we recommend ordering as soon as possible. Clean-Up You must clean up the space within 30 minutes of your rental period ending. Please leave The Space exactly as you found it. Put the trash in the bins Sweep the floor Use the Swiffer wet-jet for any spills on the floor Turn the lights off. Clean any spills with the provided sanitizer spray and wash clothes or paper towels The door will lock automatically at the end of your rental. If you exceed the 30 minute clean-up period, a late fee will be assessed. We reserve the right to rent out The Space to other clients on the same day if available. Please be mindful of your clean-up time, as we will need to get the next party started on time. Damage Waiver You are responsible for making sure The Space is taken care of during your rental period. If any damage is inflicted to floors, walls, the ceiling, furniture, or fixtures, an additional fee will be charged to your card on file. This fee will depend on the amount of damage inflicted, and is subject to our discretion. If you do not clean up after yourself per guidelines above, a $150 cleaning fee will be charged to your card on file. No tape (other than Command strips or painter's tape) is permitted on any tables, walls, or other surfaces. No open flames are allowed in The Space. Conduct You agree to comply with all applicable city, county, state, and federal laws and shall conduct no illegal act on the premises (The Space). This is a drug-free and non-smoking facility at all times, no exceptions. No smoking or vaping is permitted in or around the premises of The Space. Please keep your music/entertainment volume to a respectful level. Boundaries The Space includes the front event room, the prep kitchen, the meeting room, and two bathrooms. Please do not enter the double doors in the back of the event room, as we have kitchen space in the back, and our bakers are hard at work!
