About NRM Streamcast

$50 /hour rental of the space plus 1 Audio Engineer for the 1st hour at $50 /hr ($10 off discount). PLEASE NOTE: when used as a meeting space, chairs can be provided and will accommodate up to 30 people. Booking as a meeting space does only includes seating, a video screen and basic room lighting. ALL studio equipment is NOT included when booked as a meeting space. STUDIO PRODUCTION: when used for studio production all backdrops must be provided. Our crew will assist in hanging and prepping the studio at no charge prior to your booking. ALL studio equipment MUST be selected as ADD-ONs available to add to your booking through Peerspace. This booking requires an Audio and/or Video Engineer in the control room and is available as an add-on for you to create an accurate estimate of your overall studio time. "Studio B" is 18ft x 25ft open floor studio space with overhead suspended lighting. Three sides of the studio walls are used as backdrop and the fourth wall is equipped with studio grade tilted windows for communication with the live control room. This space is ideal for live broadcast of television programming, talk shows, comedy shows, etc. The studio has the following backdrops available: Black, Grey, Chroma Green, Chroma Blue. Standard Batten piping is installed to allow for any backdrop scenic pieces to be hung for your own design. A scene shop is also located on premises to accommodate custom scenic design elements for the studio.

Lighting description

All lighting is provided from our in-house supply of professional instruments including Mole-Richardson, Arri, Pepper, Colortran, etc. Instruments available range from 9k Watt to 100 Watt fresnels, Open Face, LED, Scoops, etc.

Space is soundproof

Ambient noise description

Studio Ceiling is entirely covered with acoustic panels in a pattern designed for non-reflection. Walls and entry ways are also treated with acoustic panels and materials for ideal control of all sound in the environment.

The studio is directly accessible via a long loading ramp to easily dolly in large equipment and scenic pieces.

Some rooms are off-limits for shooting

The Scene shop is reserved for custom scenic designs and is a work space only, not suitable for shooting.

Shooting the exterior of the building is allowed

Electrical system description

The space is equipped with a studio dimmer lighting panel system as well as multiple dedicated 20amp circuits for lighting, large equipment and scenic elements.

General Rules

Outside catering is allowed. Restrooms are very large and function as dressing rooms. "Studio B" space is equipped with a loading ramp for easy dolly load in and out. A kitchen is also on premises for craft services. We do not provide craft services unless specified as part of the rental agreement. We do not provide scenery or custom scenic design unless specified as part of the rental agreement.

All ages are allowed in the space

Furniture and decorations may be moved

The studio is intended as a multi-use environment. All decorations are modular and can be removed.

Smoke machines are allowed

Security cameras and recording devices

Parking Lot Security Cameras on both ends of our own private lot.

Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures

Our cleaning staff disinfects all areas of the building once per week. Additional cleaning occurs before and after each studio session.

Enhanced cleaning measures:

The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning

All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:

Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.

The following equipment is provided for every guest:

Hand Sanitizer
