General Rules and Reservation Policy: All reservations are subject to availability and are made on a first-come first- served basis. Members will have access to the meeting room during regular business hours, Monday thru Friday from 8:30 am to 5:00 pm. If a member would like to use a meeting room during afterhours, before or after business hours, weekends or holidays, the member must contact our office to make the necessary arrangements. (non members as well) Members must sign in at the front desk to receive the meeting room key which is then returned when the member signs out. Additional charges may apply if the meeting room key is not returned. Charges will be incurred for the total time of the confirmed reservation unless cancelled per our cancellation policy. Furthermore, if the original reservation exceeds the allotted time, charges will be incurred for the additional time and billed in 30 minute allotments at the agreed upon rate. Members are prohibited from hanging or otherwise attaching any items to the walls or ceilings in the meeting rooms. Members are expected to leave the meeting room neat and clean and take all reasonable steps to prevent damage to the facility. Additional charges will apply if the room is not clean and neat or if there is damage to the facility. Cancellation Policy: Members can cancel or change a reservation via telephone, stopping by the front desk or by sending an email to [email protected]. If a confirmed reservation is cancelled 24 hours or more before the reservation date, there will be no cancellation charges. If a cancellation or change is made less than 24 hours before the reservation, then the member will be billed for the total time of the reservation. Catering Services Policy: Catering services are available for an additional fee. Please contact our office to obtain a copy of our catering menu and order form or they can use their own catering services. We ask that you turn in your catering order is due to our office at least 24 hours before the requested set-up time so we may best serve you.
