Our White Studio is perfect for providing a creative look for social media creators and photographers. It is located right off of Highway 59 for easy commute access, provide a large parking lot for ease, & many wall outlets for your lights and equipment. *Main Floor is 1200 sqft and provides multiple sets depending on the look you are after. This Space is perfect for Maternity, Family, Boudoir, and Children Portraits. The Images in Listing are Part of the Rental; Included: the couches, chairs, props, flowers, and the sets for ease. *Upper Lobby area is also 1200 sqft & includes a bathroom, hair and make up station, Wardrobe Rack, Changing Area, & Lounge Area. **Food, Snacks, Candy & Drinks are Prohibited from being brought in to studio** The White studio is kept nice and cool to ensure your clients remain comfortable and relaxed. We Provide 6 different walk up sets that are naturally lit by our Floor-to-Ceiling Windows that run across the entire front of our building so off-camera lighting basics aren't required. Furniture is provided based on the look you are after. A Background Stand is also available if you plan to bring your own drops while you use The White Studio. *Bookings require a minimum of 1 hour. Most Clients are booked back-to-back, so early arrivals are not allowed. All Renters will enter at their start booking time, and walk out at the end of their booking time as to respect other renter's time.
