About the Space

This 1500 sq ft unique southwest modern home in the NE heights is a great place to have a photo or video shoot, host a small social event, or meeting! Please don't hesitate to message us with any additional questions or inquiries. Great features the home has for meetings, celebrations and networking events: - fully functioning and stocked kitchen - Dining room w/ large table and six chairs - well sized living room - great outdoor space with outdoor furniture Great features the home has for production purposes (photos, videos interviews etc) - fast wifi - great natural lighting (living room has two large floor to ceiling windows, rest of the house has ample sun light) - Multiple spaces w/ distinct styles: (Three bedrooms, each with a unique style a well decorated living room area) - All bedrooms have black out blinds - Two well sized bathrooms, can double as changing rooms - Well sized back yard with gate leading to driveway, great for outside production

  • Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
  • A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
  • Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
  • Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
