General Rules
NO SMOKING
Client and guest shall not be allowed to smoke within the venue, or in front of the premises. Client agrees to refrain from the use of personal vaporizer, electronic nicotine, hookah, or marijuana. Any violation will lead to the event coming to an end early with no refund.
MAINTENANCE
Guest will receive the venue in a clean sanitized condition. Leese/ Client is responsible for cleaning any and all things bought into the facility. Cleaning fee is included, however all people, all things rented, or bought into the venue must be out by scheduled end time.
NO CONGREGATION
Back door exit is only to be used in case of an emergency. Guest is prohibited from using the back door otherwise. Gathering of 3 or more individuals in front of the premises are prohibited.
ALCOHOL
Any sale of liquor is prohibited, it is the client's responsibility to assure that there are no violations of liquor sale for the duration of their event
All ages are allowed in the space
Security cameras and recording devices
Security Camera available outside main entrance, and also inside both rooms. We
strongly encourage clients to use the rest room for changing purposes.
Recording devices in bathrooms or dressing rooms are prohibited by the Peerspace Services Agreement.

Enhanced Health and Safety Measures
Guest will receive the space in a clean sanitized condition. All guest and all things bought into the space must be out by scheduled end time.
Enhanced cleaning measures:
- The space is cleaned and disinfected in accordance with guidelines from local health authorities
- High touch surfaces and shared amenities have been disinfected
- Soft, porous materials have been properly cleaned or removed
- A licensed professional cleaner is hired between bookings
- Bookings are spaced apart to allow for enhanced cleaning
All hosts are required to do the following prior to each booking:
- Sweep, mop, vacuum and clean the space.
- Supply a hand washing station with soap, warm water, and paper towels or hand sanitizer with at least 60% alcohol.
- Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
- Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
- Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
The following equipment is provided for every guest:
- Disposable masks / face coverings
- Hand Sanitizer
- Disinfecting wipes or spray and paper towels
- Disposable gloves
The space has the following features:

- Space has access to outdoor air ventilation
- Space has been reconfigured to allow for physical distance
