Green Screen & Production Studio includes access to photograph or film your production! Equipped with studio lights and high class gear, our versatile set can support your Virtual Events, Filming, Photography, Podcast, Commercials, Broadcasts, Interviews, and more! Use of the room includes: - 1200 sq ft Production Studio - 255 degrees of GreenScreen coverage for Immersive Presentations - Teleprompter and PA speaker system with Microphone - Power Strips - Studio Lighting - Registration/Sign-in at Front Desk - Bottled Water & Fresh Coffee and Tea with Fixings - In addition, free of charge, we are happy to have a "Welcome Sign"/Your Logo at the entrance to the facility and at the front desk for your guests. We have additional services you can add-on/utilize, inquire for more information/pricing about: - Additional Production Support through our partner, ADG Creative: Camera Person, Lighting Specialists, Video/Photo Editing, Photography, Animation - Multicamera streaming with live production support available for broadcast 255 degrees of greenscreen coverage for immersive presentations - Live switching multicamera system for web casting - Large (500sqft) and Small (390sqft) Conference Rooms with boardroom-style conference seating - Full Catering for Meals - Delivery Option (i.e. if you order from Fast-Casual or Fast-Food, we can go pick it up & set it up for you) - Snack Bar & Drinks (variety of granola bars, chips, cookies, etc. with sparkling water, juice, & soda)

Your health and safety is our top priority. Therefore as we follow the quickly developing environment around Coronavirus (COVID-19) we are implementing new policies to help us prevent the spread of the virus and limit the impact on our community. Thank you for reading this and supporting our efforts!   Following recommendations from the World Health Organization (WHO) and Centers for Disease Control (CDC) we are implementing the following enhanced health and safety policies.  Cleaning: We are implementing enhanced cleaning procedures in our locations to protect our employees, members and guests. These include;  Cleaning shared surfaces regularly with disinfectant.  Providing hand sanitizer and PPE (masks, gloves, etc.)  Asking our members and guests to help sanitize common surfaces that you have used.  Please inquire for additional policies & guidelines regarding: Hygiene, If You Are Sick, If You Have Traveled, Social Distancing, or Closures.

Cancellation Policy

Flexible

Guests may cancel their Booking until 7 days before the event start time and will receive a full refund (including all Fees) of their Booking Price. Guests may cancel their Booking between 7 days and 24 hours before the event start time and receive a 50% refund (excluding Fees) of their Booking Price. Booking cancellations submitted less than 24 hours before the Event start time are not refundable. Learn more
All Bookings are subject to Peerspace’s Grace Period policy which provides a full refund for Bookings cancelled within 24 hours from receipt of a Booking Confirmation but no later than 48 hours prior to the Event start time.
