About the Space

This modern farmhouse has a large open kitchen and living space. perfect for video shoots. cooking shows, TV shows, family, interview style videos anything on camera. would also make a great meeting place as there is a large dining table that can seat up to 12 people. all furniture can be moved to create a large open area in the living room for whatever is needed. windows line the wall looking out to a pond, so lots of natural light option with plantation shutters to close if it’s too bright.

  • Clean common areas allowing guest access including bathrooms, kitchens, and entrances.
  • Collect and clean dishes, silverware, and other provided host amenities, if applicable.
  • Remove garbage and add new lining to cans.
